Terms of Service

Last updated: April 9, 2026

1. Service operator

The NestHuddle application is operated by a self-employed individual:

[FIRST LAST NAME], Reg. no.: [REG. NO.]

Address: [ADDRESS — to be added before launch]

E-mail: support@nesthuddle.cz

2. Scope and description of the service

NestHuddle is a web application for managing and comparing real estate. It allows users to create shared workspaces, add properties, upload attachments, collaborate with other members, and organize the home search process.

The application is provided as a SaaS (Software as a Service) under several subscription plans: Free, PRO, and Business. The exact scope of features and limits of each plan is listed on the pricing page.

3. Registration and user account

Registration and account creation are required to use the application. The user agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
  • Protect their credentials and not share them with third parties.
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to the account.
  • Create only one account per natural or legal person.

The operator reserves the right to terminate an account that violates these terms.

4. Paid plans and billing

Paid plans (PRO, Business) are available under a monthly or annual subscription. Payments are processed through LemonSqueezy, which acts as Merchant of Record and handles invoicing, VAT collection, and subscription management.

The subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing period. The subscription can be cancelled at any time in account settings; access to paid features continues until the end of the paid period.

The right to withdraw from the contract under § 1829 of the Czech Civil Code does not apply to purchased subscriptions if performance was provided before the 14-day period expired, with the user's consent.

5. Free plan

The Free plan is provided at no cost with a limited scope of features and data limits (number of workspaces, properties, storage size). The operator reserves the right to modify the Free plan limits at any time or to discontinue it with at least 30 days' prior notice.

6. User content

The user is fully responsible for the content they upload to the application (properties, attachments, comments). By uploading content, the user declares that:

  • They are authorized to use and share that content.
  • The content does not infringe the rights of third parties (copyright, personal data protection, etc.).
  • The content does not contain illegal, offensive, or harmful material.

The operator is not liable for content uploaded by users and reserves the right to remove such content without prior notice.

7. Limitation of liability

The application is provided "as is". The operator does not guarantee continuous availability or absence of errors. The operator is not responsible for:

  • Data loss caused by technical outages or force majeure.
  • Damages resulting from decisions made based on information in the application.
  • Third-party content (listings, links to real estate portals, etc.).

8. Availability and maintenance

We aim for 99.5 % service availability. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance through in-app notifications or email. In case of unplanned outages, we will work to restore service as quickly as possible.

9. Personal data protection

Processing of personal data is governed by a separate document — Privacy Policy. This document is an integral part of these terms.

10. Intellectual property

All software, design, logos, and content of the application are the intellectual property of the operator or relevant third parties. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the application for personal or internal business purposes. Any copying, modification, or distribution without the operator's consent is prohibited.

11. Changes to the terms

The operator reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Users will be informed of material changes by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. By continuing to use the application after the terms are changed, the user expresses consent to the new version.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the law of the European Union. Any disputes will first be resolved amicably. If that is not possible, the matter will be referred to the competent court. Consumers also have the right to use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
